The Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) provides vital information on hazardous products as defined by the Federal Hazardous Products Act and Hazardous Products Regulations. WHMIS training is essential for workers across all industries and occupations where hazardous materials are present, enabling staff to protect themselves effectively.
In Canada, WHMIS training is a mandatory legal requirement, and compliance is crucial to avoid fines and penalties. Employers must ensure that employees who work with or are exposed to hazardous materials receive comprehensive training. Our course is compliant with the latest WHMIS regulations, including WHMIS 2015 and 2022 updates.
